We invite you to the series of workshops Music for health - integration with singing. As part of it, there will be 3 meetings during which we will experiment and relax with voice and music.

The workshops will combine music therapy - mindfulness with singing and voice emission.
We will sing simple integration songs from different countries, getting to know different languages and cultures.
You don’t need any previous singing experience or special skills. It’s enough that you like to sing.
You will relax, get away from everyday life, and feel lighter by expressing your emotions and releasing yourself from tensions.
The workshops will provide a friendly and safe space without judgement, for experimenting with your voice, making mistakes, as well as releasing yourself from tensions and shame.
You will learn healthy breathing, which, especially nowadays, is an excellent lung prevention.
Moreover, these workshops teach you and help you in:
- the practice of mindfulness,
- increasing focus,
- work on the awareness of the body, thoughts and breath,
- loosening up and relaxing.
- expressing emotions, both positive and negative,
- work on mental blocks,
- expressing what is difficult to express in words,
- getting rid of shame,
- opening the voice,
- building self-confidence and self-trust,
- learning to listen to your body.
The project is carried out under the mini-grant procedure awarded by the Multicultural Center (Centrum Wielokulturowe) and financed from the budget of the Capital City of Warsaw.
