Tym razem gwiazdą Mystic Nights będzie Micah Shemaiah!

Micah Shemaiah (JAM)
Micah Shemaiah pochodzi prosto z Jamajki, z Kingston City. Dorastał w rastafariańskim domu zgodnie z zasadami 12 szczepów Izraela. Właśnie dzięki temu udało mu się zbudować solidny fundament dla swojej twórczości. Micah Shemaiah śpiewa w stylu, który skradł serca fanów reggae na całym świecie. Jego winylowa siódemka “Dread at the Control” była dużym krokiem w rozwoju młodego jamajskiego ruchu roots. Odnoszące sukces single otworzyły mu drogę do europejskiej trasy rok później, podczas której wystąpił m.in. na Rototom Sunsplash, Uprising czy Regałowisku. Micah Shemaiah jest znany ze swoich występów nasyconych duchową energią. Wydał trzy albumy: “Rastaman Meditation” (2009), „Shalalak” oraz „Original Dread” (obydwa 2015).

Znawcy tropikalnych melodii i egzotycznych dźwięków. Grali na jednej scenie wspólnie z The Wailers, Luciano, Buju Bantonem czy Dawn Penn. Each saturday evening at Boogaloo Beach Bar means Mystic Nights - part of the worldwide event series recognized from Berlin to Bali which will bring the biggest reggae and dancehall names to Boogaloo's Beach.
This weekend's headliner is Micah Shemaiah (JAM)!
Micah Shemaiah (JAM)
Micah Shemaiah comes straight from Kingston City, Jamaica. He grew up in a rastafarian house according to the rules of the Twelve Tribes of Israel. Because of that he built his own solid foundation for his music. Micah Shemaiah sings in style that stole the hearts of reggae fans all over the world. His vinyl EP “Dread at the Control” was a huge step in development of young jamaican roots movement. His succesfull singles lead him to european tournee including such festivals as Rototom Sunsplash, Uprising or Regałowisko. Micah Shemaiah is known for his energetic and spiritual performances. He published three albums: “Rastaman Meditation” (2009), „Shalalak” and „Original Dread” (both 2015).
