Psychological research helps us understand how can we improve positive psychological functioning. Psychological well-being is associated with higher immunity, better health, satisfying relationships, better performance, success at work, and more.

Would you like to learn what can you to better navigate life’s challenges increase your wellbeing?
During the lecture, you will learn whether alleviating negative emotions is a good path to happiness and what are the science-based strategies for cultivating well-being.

Health psychologist

Graduate of the Psychology Department at SWPS - University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw (specialization: Clinical Psychology, Psychology of Management and Organization) and Business Trainers’ School at Assistance and Psychological Education Centre – INTRA (Psychological Trainer). Certificated Motivational and Interviewing Therapist at Polish Association of Motivational Therapy.

His mission as a health psychologist is to popularize science and support people in coping with stress, increasing life satisfaction and improving health. He is the author of a blog devoted to improving the quality of life.
