Due to an astonishing popularity of the Art Therapy - Mandala workshop in Polish, I have decided to create an English version.
During this workshop we will touch on the essence of Art Therapy, get to know how drawing can help in overcoming fear and anxiety, and learn step by step how to create a beautiful mandala design.
Live will last roughly about 1 hour.
essential equipment you will need to create your mandala design:
⭐ blank sheet of paper A3
⭐ pencil - I am using an automatic pencil 0,5mm
⭐calipers - to draw circles

Mandala is one of key elements of Art Therapy, often used by psychology to analyse mental state of a patient and a free form of expression to deal with taumas, fear, anxiety and other issues.
Drawing mandalas apart of obvious and proven beneficial results has in itself great potential for artistic expression.
Being focused on the act of drawing gives our mind moment to rest, to slow down and be present in the moment. It is great as a tool to practice mindfulness, fantastic tool to get your mind to meditative state and helps balancing energy levels in your body.
