Run Wisła jest inicjatywą polegająca na aktywizacji i integracji ludzi lubiących biegać nad Wisłą.
Tego lata będziecie mogli pobiegać pod okiem i instruktarzem Alana w czterech terminach i rodzajach treningów:

Twórcy projektu Run Wisła:
Andrew Mossop i Alan Parsons - pochodzą z Wielkiej Brytanii ale mieszkają w Polsce od ponad 8 lat. Obaj biegają, trenują i uprawiają triathlon wraz z klubem WITC (link. Realizując swoja pasję chcą zwrócić uwagę na stan Wisły, której brzegi są wspaniałym miejscem treningów.

Run Wisła was a initiative focusing on running along the length of the Vistula river, over 1100km, which took place over 26 days in 2016. During this time, Alan & Andy, two Brits who live in Poland, ran on average 50km per day.
While doing so they encouraged people to join them and see the beauty of the Vistula, and also raised awareness about issues such as waste.

Alan will take the group for a nice run along the banks of the Vistula river. The group will do some warm-up exercises, then the main run/workout, followed by some stretching.
Afterwards, people can ask questions about Run Wisla (if they like!).
