If you are looking to take care of yourself, step away from the everyday busyness of life, feel calmer and more resilient in face of the daily challenges, the Mindfulness for Life course may support you. During the 8-weeks you will be practicing mindful meditation and doing some exercises from modern psychology to learn skills for more mindful living and take them with you into your everyday life.
Dates: Tuesdays: October 22, 29, November 5, 12, 19, 26, December 3, 10
Timing 7.30am - 9.45 am or 9.00am - 11.15am TBC
