Trzecie spotkanie poświęcone będzie recepturze napoju. Pod okiem Mikrozuzy, dietetyczki oraz producentki napojów fermentowanych Mikrozuza, będziemy wyciskać, parzyć, mieszać, fermentować a przede wszystkim smakować. Łącząc zioła i owoce, prowadzenie przez opowieści z nimi związane, opracujemy pierwszą recepturę Holobiontu.

The third meeting will focus on the recipe of the drink. Under the guidance of Mikrozuza, nutritionist and maker of Mikrozuza fermented beverages, we will squeeze, brew, mix, ferment and, above all, taste. Combining herbs and fruits, guided by the stories associated with them, we will develop the first Holobiont recipe.
