Join us for a joyful and engaging intuitive dance session (45 minutes) designed especially for parents and their children aged 2 to 5 years. Through gentle movement, music, and playful interaction, we’ll explore our natural rhythms and body needs, strengthen bonds between you and your inner child and your kids, and encourage free expression — all in a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
No dance experience or fluent English is required — we’ll use the universal language of gestures, music, and movement, so everyone can feel at ease.
💫We’ll begin by getting to know each other in a playful, relaxed way. Then, we’ll move through a series of simple movement-based practices, each serving three key purposes: building a deeper connection with your inner child, strengthening your bond with your kids, increasing your sense of inner freedom and expression

Parents or caregivers with children aged 2 to 5 years.
