Runway: Jak poruszać się z pewnością siebie i gracją po wybiegu.
Vogue Fem: Jak wyrażać siebie poprzez taniec, odkrywając jego płynność i siłę.
👑Kto poprowadzi zajęcia? Warsztaty poprowadzi Trailblazer Mother Madlen Revlon – pionierka polskiej sceny Ballroom, ceniona choreografka i wieloletnia kuratorka sceny artystycznej w La Pose.
✨Dla kogo jest ten warsztat? Zapraszamy wszystkie osoby zainteresowane tematem, bez względu na doświadczenie.
Chcemy stworzyć bezpieczną przestrzeń do nauki i ekspresji dla każdej osoby. Warsztat jest przeznaczony dla osób powyżej 16 roku życia.
✨Jak się przygotować? Na warsztat weź ze sobą wygodny strój, który nie krępuje ruchów w którym czujesz się dobrze.

Join us for a unique, free workshop that will open the door to the fascinating world of Ballroom culture. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn the basics in a friendly and open atmosphere.

📍 WHERE? The side room at La Pose.
💃 What will you learn? The workshop is divided into two parts to provide a comprehensive introduction:
Theory: We’ll start with a discussion about what Ballroom is and where it comes from. You will discover its rich history and cultural significance.
Practice: Then, we’ll get moving! You will learn the basic techniques and elements of two categories:
Runway: How to walk the runway with confidence and grace.
Vogue Fem: How to express yourself through dance, discovering its fluidity and power.
👑 Who is the instructor? The workshop will be led by Trailblazer Mother Madlen Revlon – a Trailblazer of the Polish Ballroom scene, an acclaimed choreographer, and the long-time curator of the artistic scene at La Pose.
✨ Who is this workshop for? We invite everyone interested in the topic, regardless of experience. We want to create a safe space for learning and expression for everyone. This workshop is for ages 16 and up.
✨ How to prepare? Wear comfortable clothes that don’t restrict movement and that you feel good in. Please also bring a clean pair of shoes to change into. Heels are optional but welcome if you’d like to try!
