If you are a foreigner living in Poland and you experience cultural shock, this meeting is just for you! Workshop takes place on 9.12.2018.

During the meeting, you will learn the habits of everyday life in Poland, learn how to behave in different situations according to social rules, and what to do to avoid committing social faux-pas. This knowledge will make it easier for you to find your place in society and understand the different behavior of Poles.

During the workshop we will exchange experiences about Polish culture and how to integrate in order to feel good, safe and be aware in the new country why such behaviors are more favorable in the Polish context. The form of the workshop will be dynamic, based on dialogue exchanging thoughts, opinions knowledge with the participants by discussions, experience new skills, and listen to mini-lectures.

The workshop will be conducted by:
Aleksandra Passendorfer is working as a social psychologist, trainer (graduate of the SWPS University and the School of Trainers of the TROP Group) and intercultural mediator (certificate of the Polish Mediation Center). For 9 years, she has been creating and conducting original trainings on interpersonal competencies, specializing in intercultural communication for individual and business clients. Founder of Wings training company. As a trainer of the International Organization for Migration, she implemented projects for migrants. She inspires creativity in the field of shaping and creative use of human potential. She is curious about people and the constantly changing world. Her passion for painting led her toward explorations in the field of art therapy. Stimulating people’s creativity through innovative techniques gives her immense satisfaction and inspiration.
