One film Photo Walk - Warsaw - The Old Town

Start time: 11:00
Place: Warsaw - Śródmieście dist., Plac Zamkowy

There's probably not a more touristic location in this city of ours. Called the Phoenix City because of its complete reconstruction after World War II, which had left over 85% of its buildings in ruins, the Old town is a remarkable show of that same ingenuity and its designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The rules are very simple:
Using only one roll of film, we go around shooting according to the proposed theme. After, we will develop and print it at Relax Photo store. You can choose 3 of your best pictures and in the afternoon there's a collective judging session to finish. The winner will be chosen 'anonymously' by the group, and depending on generous contributions, maybe a prize for the winner :)
The theme as described above is the Old Town as the background for your creativity. See it as through the eyes of a tourist or find new angles for the same places where people are taking thousands of the same photos. People faces, monuments, or amazing patterns on the floor, your creativity has no limits!
We start at 11h00 am in front of Relax Photo Store at Zgoda 13, and then proceed to Old Town through Nowy Świat. Once at the Old Town, we can pretty much freestyle and go where our cameras take us. After we regroup again at the photo store and wait for our pictures in a nearby cafe/restaurant. It might take 2 hours for development as per our experience in the previous walk, but walking sure builds up an appetite, so it will be a welcome stop :) After we have our pictures, we select the best, put it up for a vote, have a few drinks and the winner will be announced.
Hope to see you then, and please stay tuned for updates and changes!
