The Euroatlantic Club invites University of Warsaw students and everyone interested in the topic of energy security to the lecture "Energy independence and national security".
Energy is critical to our security, economy and modern way of life. Poland is home to 36 of the 50 most polluted cities in Europe, faced with escalating costs and reliant on imports for oil, gas and part of its coal requirements. To ensure its resilience and competitiveness, an overhaul of Poland’s energy system is long overdue. Discover how experience from the US military and American energy sector can inspire a new approach to energy security and competitiveness in Poland.
