Centrum HumanTech Uniwersytetu SWPS zaprasza serdecznie na kolejne spotkanie online w ramach projektu HumanTech Meetings pt. Wirtualna rzeczywistość naszych czasów!

Wraz z rozwojem nowych technologii, a w szczególności wirtualnej rzeczywistości dostępnej dzięki rozwiązaniom VR, AR czy MR człowiek coraz bardziej doświadcza wykreowanych przez technologię światów, odczuwa głębokie emocje i czuje niemal namacalną cielesną obecność. Pojawia się pytanie gdzie jest – jeśli jest – granica między tym co realne, a tym co wirtualne?

Posłuchamy 2 wykładów specjalistów oraz panelu dyskusyjnego, zaraz po nich. Nasi Goście:
Prof. Krzysztof Pietroszek (American University, Waszyngton, USA)
Prof. Tilo Hartmann (Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam, Holandia)
Przedstawią oni badania, koncepcje teoretyczne oraz implementację wirtualnej rzeczywistości.
Spotkanie poprowadzi dr Konrad Maj, kierownik Centrum HumanTech Uniwersytetu SWPS.

Ladies and Gentleman,
The HumanTech Center of SWPS University cordially invites you to the next online meeting as part of the HumanTech Meetings project entitled Virtual reality of our time!
With the development of new technologies, and in particular virtual reality available thanks to VR, AR or MR solutions, a person experiences more and more worlds created by technology, feels deep emotions and feels an almost tangible body presence. The question arises where is - if there is - the boundary between what is real and what is virtual?

We will listen to 2 lectures by specialists and a discussion panel, right after them. Our Guests:
Professor Krzysztof Pietroszek (American University, Washington, USA)
Professor Tilo Hartmann (Vrije University, The Netherlands).
They will present research, theoretical concepts and the implementation of virtual reality.
The meeting will be chaired by Dr. Konrad Maj, head of the HumanTech Center at SWPS University.

The lectures will be held in English and will be translated into Polish.
