🤰English Speaking Parents’ Club would like to invite all parents and parents to be for a meeting with Ola Piotrowicz-Przyłuska, a coach and communication and critical thinking trainer.
Few words from Ola:
As parents in a multicultural community, I believe you may be particularly interested in the opportunities I offer to enhance personal growth, communication skills, and overall well-being for individuals.

During this session, I will introduce you to:
🙂 One-on-one coaching sessions focused on assertiveness, nonviolent communication (NVC), leadership, and critical thinking, designed to support personal and professional development.
🙂 Workshops that dive deeper into these subjects, creating a space for learning and growth in a group setting.
🙂 Dance and Movement Therapy techniques, a unique approach to emotional expression and healing that I integrate into some of my workshops and individual sessions for a more holistic and embodied experience.
The session will be informal and interactive, and I look forward to connecting with you all and discussing how we can work together to foster positive change.

English Speaking Parents’ Club is group for parents of babies, toddlers and moms to be led by our neighbour, the entrance is free of charge. We meet every week on Tuesdays form 1.30pm to 3.30 pm.

All activities in MAL Grójecka 109 are free of charge, we are suitable for people on/with a wheelchair.
