💡 What happens:
🎙️ Improv Story Challenge – Start with a fun 2-minute storytelling competition based on random prompts.
✍️ Group Writing Activity – Create something together from a shared theme or idea.
☕ Short Break – Coffee, conversation, and inspiration.
🕒 Free Writing Hour – Write whatever you like — or try one of our creative challenges:
“Write a compelling character sketch.”
“Write a cat out of a sack.”
“Tell a 30-word story with no adjectives.”
📖 Optional Reading & Feedback – Share your work and get supportive, constructive feedback.
🎲 Mini Lessons & Games – Learn about the M.A.C.E. Quotient, explore Story Shapes, or play the Madman–Carpenter–Architect–Judge game to unlock your creative process.

🧩 4-HOUR Writing WORKSHOP
🕙 10:00 – 10:15 | Welcome & Coffee
Informal introductions, coffee, and setup. Participants sign in and get comfortable.

🕥 10:15 – 10:45 | 2-Minute Story Improv Challenge
Everyone draws a random prompt and tells a short story in 2 minutes — fast, funny, and fearless.
Goal: Break the ice, spark creativity, and loosen up.

🕧 10:45 – 11:15 | Group Writing Activity
Small teams collaborate on a shared prompt (e.g. rewrite a fairy tale, build a world, or co-create dialogue).
Goal: Practice creative cooperation and storytelling under light pressure.

☕ 11:15 – 11:30 | Coffee Break
Recharge, chat, share impressions.

🕦 11:30 – 12:30 | Free Writing Hour
Solo writing time. Choose your topic or follow an optional theme, prompt, or challenge (e.g. “Write a cat out of a sack” or “Tell
a story in 30 words without adjectives”).
Goal: Deep focus and creative flow.

🕧 12:30 – 13:00 | Optional Read & Feedback
Share your piece aloud if you wish — receive light, positive feedback from peers.
Goal: Build confidence, refine storytelling, celebrate voices.

🕐 13:00 – 13:45 | Mini Lessons + Creative Games
Short talks and hands-on exercises:
The M.A.C.E. Quotient (Meaning, Action, Conflict, Emotion)
Story Shapes (how narrative arcs work)
Or play the Madman, Carpenter, Architect, Judge game to explore different writing mindsets.
