Learn Sheng Zhen with Janardan, a student of Master Li Junfeng.
Sheng Zhen uses moving and still forms to help you strengthen your body, calm your mind, and open your heart.
This weekly practice is DONATION-BASED. Part of the proceeds goes to support Osiedle Jazdów.
Absolute beginners are welcome!

The event takes place at Osiedle Jazdów, the largest grassroots culture and education center in Poland, a green enclave in the heart of Warsaw. Residents of the estate and city activists defended it against demolition, and since 2015 they are associated in the Partnerstwa Otwarty Jazdów, which hosts public functions in this place. The partnership conducts dialogue for the development of the estate with officials of the Capital City of Warsaw.
In 2021, the Partnership received an award from the European Commission for its exceptional commitment to the protection and development of the common European heritage in the European Heritage Awards competition.

Cars are not allowed to enter Osiedle Jazdów, please come by bike or on foot! Cars without IDs can be towed by the Municipal Police.
